We expect that our employees already know what “Doing the Right Thing” means in our workplace, but to ensure that we all work from the same page, we have developed the Intrawest Standards of Business Conduct. In order to comply with recent legislation and regulations for publicly traded companies, we’ve also made these Business Standards available to the public on our website. More importantly though, establishing Business Standards is a best practice for world-class organizations, and Intrawest is certainly ‘world class’ in our eyes.
So what are the Standards of Business Conduct?

Simply put, the Standards are sound business principles and practices that are essential to the ongoing success of Intrawest. They apply to every Intrawest employee, from our CEO to our volunteers, and outline “how we do business” as we strive to demonstrate our Company Values.....and as we deliver the memories expressed in our Company Mission Statement, again and again.

When we follow the Standards of Business Conduct, we are making a commitment to our guests, business partners, communities and to our co-workers. Regardless of where you work, who you interact with, or your level of responsibility, as an Intrawest employee you should always represent our Company in such a way that reinforces and enhances our reputation. We are committed to conducting our business in an honest, ethical, and reliable manner, demonstrating integrity in everything we do.

You will be participating in a training program on Intrawest’s Business Standards in the next several months. After completing the training, we will also be asking you to sign off acknowledging the Business Standards. The training will be coming soon, to a location near you. Stay tuned!!
